Shipping Rates and Policies
Vitavelle Cosmetics ships to addresses located in the United States via USPS. Orders generally ship within 24-48 business hours of the time of placement. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 days of shipment. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or on any holidays. We cannot guarantee arrival dates or times since USPS handles our shipping. Shipping fees apply to all applicable one-time and recurring orders.

Don’t want to pay extra for shipping? It’s easy! Free shipping applies to orders over $39 (pre-tax, after discounts) to shipping addresses anywhere within the US. A Shipping and Handling Fee of $4.95 is applied to orders totalling $38.99 or less (pre-tax, after discounts). Please note shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. All noted dollar amounts are in USD.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Thanks for ordering VITAVELLECOSMETICS! If you have entered the wrong address, there is a small window of time (1 hour after placing your order) to try and fix this situation. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
However, we frequently ship the same day that you order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
Please note that when you place an order with us, the liability for your package is between you and the carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. If your item has been marked as delivered, try these recommendations to help track down your package:
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Check with neighbours to see if your package got dropped off nearby.
- Mail carriers sometimes updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up before contacting us.
